Job Description

Main Role: CHX is looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our developing internal sales team. We are a strongly growing business offering the right candidate the opportunity to develop a key role within the company, and be rewarded by a very competitive package.

The role of the Account Specialist is firstly, to provide an end to end service that includes account management, order quoting / order processing and generally making sure our customers get what they need from us. And secondly to grow your customer base by researching and contacting potential customers and getting them on board reselling our products.

The role means you will work directly with external customers on a daily basis and provide direct support to the field sales person

Skills and experience:

  • Strong administrative skills and highly organised
  • Demonstrable literacy and numerical skills
  • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
  • Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for, and knowledge of selling products.
  • An entrepreneurial ’can do’ attitude
  • Evidence of building effective relationships at all levels across multiple customers
  • Must have at least 6 months minimum of previous sales experience
  • An ability to multitask and priorotise workloads
  • Excellent customer service skills
