About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Production Coordinator to join our busy team in High Wycombe.

This is a varied, fast-paced role that would suit someone with at least 2 years’ experience within the promotional merchandise industry on the distributor side, who enjoys managing multiple projects and delivering an excellent client experience.

You will be responsible for coordinating the full lifecycle of branded merchandise orders — from quotation and artwork approval through to production, delivery, and post-order follow-up. Acting as a key point of contact, you will liaise closely with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to specification.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, customer-centric, and comfortable working under pressure. Attention to detail is essential, as is the confidence to communicate clearly with people at all levels.

  • Creating and issuing purchase orders, sales orders, and related documentation
  • Managing supplier relationships, production timelines, and stock availability
  • Coordinating artwork files and approvals between clients and suppliers
  • Updating and maintaining industry CRM systems with accurate customer and project information
  • Arranging deliveries, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery queries
  • Ensuring internal processes, quality standards, and ISO procedures are followed
  • Proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions
  • Supporting cross-selling and upselling opportunities where appropriate
  • Requesting client feedback upon completion of orders

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator via phone and email
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in  Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
