Your booking type determines when you can access the drinks reception on the night:
- Chartered Members, Sponsors & VIPs — Early access from 6:30 pm.
- All other guests — Access from 7:00 pm when the drinks reception officially opens.
Please note: Seating allocations cannot be amended. However, allocations may be subject to change for internal reasons, so we recommend checking on the day of the event.
