Join us for the first BPMA Southern Ambassador event – a networking evening connecting Legacy Leaders and Future Leaders to strengthen today’s relationships and build tomorrow’s industry.
Brought to you by BPMA Southern Ambassadors Josh Stephenson (Impression Europe) and Daniel Hill (Zagwear) – The BPMA Legacy & Future Leaders Exchange is a curated networking afternoon designed to strengthen the promotional merchandise industry by intentionally connecting experience with emerging leadership.
The event brings together Legacy Leaders and Future Leaders from across suppliers and distributors, creating space for traditional relationship building while actively investing in the next wave of industry talent. Rather than focusing on age, the event is built around experience and career stage, recognising that strong industries are built when leadership knowledge is shared and future leaders are empowered early.
To attend the event each company must bring:

1 Legacy Leader (Owners, Directors, Sales Directors, 10+ years’ experience)

1 Future Leader (Emerging Talent, Managers, Drivers, 2 – 5 Years’ experience)
*Please note this is a guideline not a set requirement.

| 2pm – Arrival opening with welcome drinks and networking, a short BPMA introduction and clear explanation of why the event exists. Leading onto a fun evening activity of darts in our own private event space. Followed by drinks, light nibbles and networking |
