Following an insightful session at our 2026 conference, we are welcoming David Haylor back to share his leadership expertise.

David is a leadership advisor, trainer, executive coach, and former CEO with over 20 years of experience developing high-performing teams in both military and corporate environments.  David works with senior leaders, boards, and leadership teams to help them navigate complexity, accelerate performance, and build cultures where people thrive.  David specialises in developing strategic thinking skills and building leaders ready to face the generational shift in commercial & societal conditions we are currently facing.

David has a particular focus on unlocking the potential of Gen Z in the workplace. His Gen Z leadership framework has been adopted by national and international clients seeking to reduce generational friction, improve engagement, and futureproof their leadership culture. He is frequently invited to speak on topics including unleashing the potential of Gen Z, sustainable performance, building commercial acumen, and leading in an AI-driven world.

David’s client base extends from London based asset management, insurance and professional services firms, through to purpose driven start-ups and the public sector including the Police and UK Military.
