Ali is a Leadership and Mental Wellbeing Coach, Trainer, and founder of ABCoaching. Drawing on 30+ years of senior leadership experience across government, public, and educational sectors, she supports individuals and teams to build confidence, resilience, and wellbeing.

  • Prevent, Minimise & Manage Stress: Using Emotional Intelligence with Fiona Doran-Smith

Rees is a care leaver, speaker, and founder of Bee N Spired, a youth organisation delivering creative employability and progression programmes. Recognised as Aspiring Director of the Year by the Institute of Directors, Rees brings lived experience and practical insight to help organisations support care-experienced young people.

  • The Sandwich Generation: Balancing Work, Parenting and Caring Responsibilities with Stephanie Porter

Stephanie manages the Lived Experience Training Hub at the AAL. Stephanie will share the realities of life, reflecting on the challenges of balancing parenting, work and caring for a parent with health needs.
