What you’ll be doing:

• Creating professional artwork PDFs, paper proofs and product visuals quickly and accurately, working to customer requirements and brand guidelines.
• Managing the artwork stage of customer orders using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and our Odoo back-office system.
• Communicating directly with customers by email and telephone, helping to make sure their artwork and orders progress smoothly.
• Liaising with suppliers regarding purchase orders and artwork requirements.
• Working closely with both our office and factory teams to ensure everyone has the information they need.
• Spotting and communicating any issues early, helping us deliver excellent service and keep orders moving.

Essential skills and qualities:

• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• A professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively as part of a team.
