Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Assistant Branding Consultant to support our Branding Consultants in delivering innovative branded merchandise solutions. This is a fast-paced, client-focused role where you will help manage projects from concept through to delivery while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service.
Location: Monmouth House, 87-93 Westbourne Grove, London, W2 4UL
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30)
Salary: £26,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Support Branding Consultants with sourcing products, obtaining quotes, and managing sample orders
- Assist in creating presentations and proposals for clients
- Process and track orders from purchase order through to delivery
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, timelines, specifications, and artwork approvals
- Manage shipping, delivery coordination, and provide tracking and proof of delivery
- Maintain accurate records on ERP systems and support billing processes
- Assist with SKU creation, product uploads, and maintenance of eCommerce platforms
- Ensure product data, imagery, and branding are accurate and consistent
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and support onboarding of new vendors
- Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute new ideas
- Provide general team support, reporting, and coordination across departments
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of import/export processes is a plus
