The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role supporting our sales operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery across client projects.
You will work closely with our Founder and collaborate with the wider team to manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry and product sourcing to order fulfilment and invoicing. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Project Coordination
- Source products from global suppliers and gather cost prices
- Calculate mark-ups and prepare accurate client quotations
- Raise purchase orders and manage order processing
- Liaise with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely delivery
- Support the Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Production Manager
Client & Team Support
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their needs
- Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and accurately
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and responsiveness
Marketing & Admin Contributions
- Assist with promotional newsletters, mail-outs, and social media campaigns
- Support blog content and database management
- Qualify and update contact information in CRM systems
About You

Essential Skills & Attributes
- Previous experience in sales, promotional merchandise, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident with numbers and data processing
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, friendly, and trustworthy
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Enthusiastic about taking ownership and developing your own projects
Tech Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with CRM systems (desirable)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)
