ESM Branding are on the look out for an experienced Account Manager to work EST time. This means your working day will begin around 2pm UK time.
Principally, you’ll be looking after our wonderful roster of North American clients who get in touch with our New York office. Day-to-day, you’ll be dealing with customers, suppliers, managing deliveries and generally helping to look after US clients to a high level. You will take ownership of all North American orders to ensure they are completed to spec and delivered accurately and on time.
The ESM client roster consists of some of the best known brands in the world which demands an extremely high level of service.
Duties will include:
- First point of contact for US clients during EST business hours
- Working with our US suppliers to obtain pricing
- Dealing with US couriers managing deliveries across North America including Canada
- Liaising with our Texas and Toronto warehouse operations
Must haves:
- Great work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly
- Decent IT and organisational skills
At ESM we have thoroughly embraced hybrid working so you must be comfortable working at home. International travel is highly likely with this role.
Experience in merchandise would help. Attention to detail is also an absolute must. Knowledge of key suppliers within the USA promo market would give you a HUGE advantage over other candidates. Tell me you know ESP+ inside out and you can probably have the job today….

- Experience (ideally 2+ years) within the promotional merchandise industry
- Highly-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
- Strong work ethic, and great attention to detail
- A people-person; friendly, trustworthy & reliable
- Proficiency with Apple/Mac.
