Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Field Sales Manager to cover the South of England. This field-based role involves managing and developing existing distributor relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth across the territory.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently, building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to maximise sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop and manage existing customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Southern Territory.
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits, managing your territory effectively.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed targets.
• Present our products and services, identifying solutions to meet customer needs.
• Analyse customer sales activity to identify growth opportunities and declining accounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines and forecasts.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
Essential Attributes
• Proven experience in B2B field sales and account management.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Highly organised, self-motivated and confident managing a sales territory.
• Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience within promotional merchandise, print or a product-based industry would be advantageous.
