We are a responsible fast-growing challenger brand, based in Shoreditch London, created to displace the irresponsible landfill fillers that exist today. It’s our aim to be Europe’s largest provider of eco promo items (the amount of cheap low-quality plastic tat given away by companies as promo each year is astounding!).
The position:
Our flagship products are our much loved reusable water bottle and reusable coffee cup, which clients have customised with their logo or bespoke artwork and delivered to their workplace. The role of the Sales Account Manager is to:
- Convert and develop your own pipeline of warm inbound opportunities into sales and great long term relationships and accounts. Take ownership of high value opportunities and existing accounts from large clients in a responsive and consultative way, nurturing them through the entire sales cycle, and developing strong long term-relationships
- Develop and build profitable relationships with prospective and past clients, utilising and keeping an accurate and reliable record using our leading CRM technology
- Grow and develop your accounts to maximise opportunities within the organisations we’re serving and their wider networks and affiliations
- Nurture prospective customers who we’ve previously spoken to but not yet sold to
- Be available by phone, email or in person as required to service our customer’s
needs, and maximize opportunities for the business and yourself
This is a fully remote position, open to any candidates living within 2 hours of GMT.
Location / Working hours:
- Remote working position (no more than 2 hours time difference from UK) – must have excellent internet connection and quiet place to work from (to make and receive calls)
- UK preferred as in-person meetings will be required

Skills/experience required:
- A strong sales or account management background (3 years minimum)
- Excellent commercial awareness and confident negotiator
- Consultative (a great listener), confident and professionally persistent
- Eager and hungry to earn well: our OTEs are high but you must be self-motivated and hungry to earn this
- Promotional merchandise industry experience would be advantageous, but not essential
- Excellent written English skills required. (We’re not looking for the next Shakespeare, but someone able to clearly and simply communicate with all parties.
- Attention to detail (details matter in this job, as small errors can mean very costly mistakes)
- Organised
- Knowledgeable and keen to learn and apply sales best practice, and experiment with new and emerging approaches
- Happy and confident in a work from home, results-driven environment
Pay
Competitive basic salary based on experience + generous (unlimited) commission structure
