Role overview:
Your role is to deal with new and existing clients and to help us to continue our business growth.
You will also be responding to enquiries, researching and sourcing products. Gathering information for our regular development articles, preparing quotes and presentations and ensuring projects are completed to client satisfaction & deadlines.
This will be achieved by working within our framework of website CMS and project management software. You will be part of our team who work with both new and existing clients with the high level of service and satisfaction expected from Navillus.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
- Working from our Greenwich based office.
- Dealing daily with client enquiries and assisting with creating product ideas and visual presentations.
- Researching new developments in ethical apparel, technology and general merchandise.
- Maintaining close supplier relationships, raising POs and checking on order progress.
- Managing new and existing client accounts with their enquiries, expectations & deadlines.
- Attending out of office meetings, trade events and site visits as required.
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries and collating the necessary information as a crucial link to the sales team. Assisting the team converting enquiries into orders.
- Supporting the team by assisting in compiling quotations, raising purchase orders and invoices, using the company’s Asana, Quickbooks, Google Docs and Sharepoint systems.
- Receiving visitors to Navillus and being a key point of contact for general enquiries.
- Playing an active role in team meetings and contributing with ideas for new marketing campaigns
- Creating blogs and social media posts to promote sustainable merchandise.
- Arranging and receiving daily courier deliveries and collections to and from the office.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience of working in a customer services sales environment, with knowledge of the promotional industry being desirable, but not essential.
- Attention to detail is a requirement for this role as is the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Graduate level qualifications or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to find solutions and solve problems.
- Comfortable working independently, proactively and as part of a small team.
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload, work under pressure and achieve consistently high standards of service and delivery to tight deadlines.
- Confident, flexible & enthusiastic.
- Strong written, verbal and communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to work with multiple customers at any one time.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Must have a naturally passionate & positive demeanour.
- Reliable, conscientious, dedicated and committed to ongoing personal and company development.
