Role Overview:

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire (Office Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Tancia Ltd is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function, overseeing strategic sourcing, supplier performance, inventory planning and product compliance. Reporting into the Board, you’ll play a key role in protecting margin, driving continuous improvement and ensuring a resilient global supply chain. This is an opportunity to shape procurement strategy while remaining hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing and promotional products business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the procurement team and develop supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and deliver cost savings while protecting margin.
• Manage supplier performance, onboarding and supply chain risk.
• Oversee inventory planning, forecasting and stock optimisation.
• Ensure product compliance and supplier standards are maintained.
• Produce procurement reporting and use data to support business decisions.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Finance, Sales and the Board to support business objectives.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who has:
• At least five years’ procurement or supply chain experience within a manufacturing, production or product-based business.
• Experience sourcing products internationally, particularly from the Far East.
• A proven track record of negotiating with suppliers and delivering cost savings.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing procurement budgets.
• Knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting and supply chain risk management.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using ERP systems and advanced Excel (Sage 200 would be an advantage).
• A CIPS qualification (or working towards one) would be beneficial.
