Process Title: Account Executive (Exeter)
Reports to: Account Manager

Job Purpose

You are responsible for the day to day processing of all client orders.  As the first point of contact for the client, and the primary client service adviser, you will foster good relationships ensuring they receive ‘excellence’ and all processes are completed according to Routine Perfection standards.

Principal Contacts

Internal: Working within a team of Account Executives and Key Account Managers as well as the Sales, Finance and Warehouse teams.
External: Clients

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Process client orders via all communication channels and raise on Apparel
  2. Build rapport with internal & external clients over the telephone and by email
  3. Answer incoming calls and handle all necessary client queries and hand calls to the relevant person in the business
  4. Effectively work with Help Scout, ensuring that client communication lead times are kept with-in agreed parameters, update daily metric board and report in daily huddle.
  5. Process all clients returns and issue credits where necessary
  6. Update sales dashboard
  7. Log any client, internal process or supplier issues on NCR Smartsheet + metric board
  8. Focus on process improvement with a view to minimising lead times
  9. Act as Culture Lead for our Cullompton office
  10. Be accountable for client spend and retention

To flexibly carry out any other duties that are within the employee’s skill and ability levels whenever reasonably instructed to do so.

Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 (depending on experience) 

Reporting to a Key Account Manager, you will be joining an established team of production planners with a strong focus on outstanding client satisfaction.
