The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be primarily responsible for turning leads into long-term partnerships, focusing on converting inbound sales enquiries and proactively generating new business. You will be the commercial engine, responsible for growing your client base from a standing start.
This is a dynamic, target-driven role ideal for a hungry sales professional who thrives on building commercial relationships, closing deals, and contributing directly to a rapidly growing company’s success. Full training and coaching will be provided, with clear objectives and transparent progression pathways.
Key Responsibilities
Client Growth & Conversion
- Respond to inbound sales enquiries and convert them into profitable clients.
- Self-generate leads by identifying and reaching out to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Profile opportunities and identify client needs through effective questioning before pitching our product and service.
- Manage a portfolio of clients to create ongoing upsell opportunities and secure repeat business.
Project & Account Delivery
- Offer client consultations, take detailed client briefs, and organise compelling proposals.
- Professionally follow up on every opportunity to maintain momentum.
- Attend client meetings (video and in-person) to secure partnerships.
- Ensure all client expectations are met, delivering a one-stop, dependable solution.
Strategic & Team Contribution
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Proactively identify and upsell whenever possible to maximise revenue.
- Contribute to sales strategy meetings, providing feedback on market needs and opportunities.
- Uphold Swagpack’s core values of openness and dependability in all interactions.

- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
