Frequently Asked Questions

What support will I receive as a BPMA member

All Planet Mark Members have full access to the measure, engage and communicate framework. This involves a Scope 1 –3* carbon data analysis to determine your net zero baseline, and access to the Member-exclusive content within Planet Mark Academy. There is a wealth of resources available, from reducing carbon footprints to embedding sustainability into your business strategy, especially relevant to your colleagues in Senior Leadership, Marketing, Commercial Teams, and of course to your Sustainability Team.

What if we’re just starting out?

Welcome! Planet Mark works with businesses of all sizes, at every stage of their net zero journey. Get in touch today to find out how they can assist you.

How long does it take to get certified?

This depends on how long it takes for your team to submit all the data that Planet Mark’s Measurement Department requires to analyse your carbon benchmark. Once Planet Mark has the required data, your report is delivered between 6 weeks to 2 months.

Is Planet Mark suitable for small organisations?

While Planet Mark works with organisations of all sizes, they understand that smaller businesses face larger financial and logistical barriers. Planet Mark is an official partner of the UN High Level Climate Champions, through their support of the Race to Zero Campaign. The Race to Zero Campaign supports micro-SMEs to set verified net zero transition plans for free and can be a great first step for smaller organisations on big missions.
