We are so proud to share that the BPMA has been accredited as a neuro-friendly organisation by NeuroKind, achieving a bronze rating overall.

As part of the self audit, our workplace communication, environment, practices, HR, onboarding and training were evaluated. We received a bespoke report scoring each category on how inclusive the workplace is for neurodivergent individuals, alongside guidance and recommendations on how we can continue to improve.

As it is estimated by the NHS that 1 in 7 of us are neurodivergent, it is imperative that organisations work towards creating environments in which all team members are able to thrive.
