BPMA Joins International Leadership Summit in Brussels

News . 29th May 2025

The BPMA was pleased to attend the 2025 International Leadership Summit, held from 19–21 May in La Hulpe, Belgium. The first time the prestigious event has taken place in Europe, the summit set a new benchmark for transatlantic collaboration. Hosted jointly by PPAI and the newly launched European Associations Cooperation (EAC), the summit brought together 70 senior leaders from 13 countries to celebrate a major milestone for the global promotional products industry.

The summit marked the official launch of the EAC – the pan-European platform designed to unify and represent the interests of the European promotional products industry on a global stage. The event underscored the importance of international collaboration in navigating shared challenges, from evolving regulatory demands to sustainability and digital transformation.

Keynotes from renowned thought leaders, including Dr Sam Potolicchio, TerraCycle founder Tom Szaky, and Marco Heller, offered valuable insight into political communication, circular business models, and the impact of AI on brand development. A series of panel discussions explored regulatory compliance, technological innovation, and the future direction of the sector, with contributions from representatives across Europe, North America and Asia.

The summit created space for meaningful connections, new alliances, and fresh ideas – with an atmosphere that was both inspiring and action-oriented.
