Basingstoke creative agency Clone marked its second year of holding the Great Place To Work UK certification with a team get-together.

The company celebrated Certification Nation Day, the day when Great Place To Work certified organisations come together to recognise what makes their workplaces special.

Great Place to Work is a certification scheme that helps companies survey their employees, benchmark the results, and improve the culture of the business. This helps improve employee retention and business performance.

Clone Media has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Advertising, Media & Marketing for 2024 in the small and medium category.

Co-founder Simon Drury said: “Certification Nation Day is a reminder of why a positive workplace matters. We’re proud to be part of this global movement and are committed to keeping Clone a place where creativity, teamwork, and personal growth are always on the menu.”

The company was formed in 2010, operating in the print and branding world and has grown to serve clients from Basingstoke to Bondi Beach.

Clone aims to help its team grow, both professionally and personally through initiatives ranging from upskilling opportunities to team-building days.

To celebrate its most recent achievement, the team headed to local favourite venue for an evening of food, cocktails, and enjoying each other’s company outside of the office.
