These prestigious awards recognise young professionals aged 18–30 across the printing, paper, publishing, packaging, and graphic arts sectors, supporting their training and personal development.
Applicants were invited to share their career aspirations, background, and nominate a training course to help achieve their goals. Those shortlisted were invited by the Printing Charity to a further discussion in an informal interview. Following a rigorous selection, Eloise and Michelle stood out for their dedication, ambition, and vision for the future. Their award includes funding towards their chosen training courses, ensuring they continue to build their skills and advance their careers.
Both will also have the honour of attending a celebratory awards ceremony at the House of Lords later this year.
