Suppliers Shine at Pro-Ad’s Bigger, Better, Greener Expo 2025

The Pro-Ad Merchandising Expo 2025 once again proved why it’s a standout event in the promotional products calendar. Held at the iconic Kingston Park, the home of the Newcastle Falcons, this year’s event delivered on its promise to be Bigger, Better, Greener – and the results spoke volumes.

With over 30 brilliant supplier showcases, the Expo brought together the very best in branded merchandise – from eco-friendly innovations to tried-and-tested favourites – all under one roof. Each supplier played a vital role in creating a dynamic, high-energy experience that celebrated creativity, sustainability, and the power of great merchandise.

The event drew marketing and procurement professionals from across the North East and surrounding regions – including some of the most forward-thinking and brand-savvy teams in the business. It was a day packed with meaningful conversations, fresh inspiration, and genuine commercial opportunities, thanks to the fantastic supplier line-up.

To kick things off, a pre-show dinner the evening before welcomed both new and returning supplier partners. It was a relaxed and valuable chance to connect, share ideas, and build momentum ahead of the big day.

From live product demos and personalised-sourcing sessions to insight-packed seminars, the Expo offered visitors a hands-on look at how merchandise is evolving – and how sustainability is shaping the future of brand marketing. The much-loved goody bags were also back in full force, filled with brilliant, eco-conscious takeaways that left a lasting impression.

And the momentum didn’t stop at the doors – with 463 product enquiries and follow-up conversations sparked in the days that followed, it’s clear the Expo continues to deliver real value where it counts.
