Ahead of the first invoices to be issued in October 2025 under pEPR, the UK Government have confirmed the 2025 to 2026 base fees. Almost all of the confirmed fees have decreased compared with the previously published illustrative fees, and have been calculated based on 2024 reported packaging data under the scheme.
